The heating method of the heating mixing tank produced by our company is also optional: generally, the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, and the heating is uniform without cold zone. Heat transfer oil or water can be injected into the jacket as the heating medium to generate heat energy to heat the materials in the tank. Steam heating can also be used; The material heating temperature can be adjusted: ≤ 200 ºC (if the temperature is high, it is recommended to add an additional layer of thermal insulation); Heating time of materials: 30min~120min (depending on process requirements).
Temperature control of heating reaction kettle/heating mixing tank: the thermocouple is used to measure the temperature and the temperature controller is connected to measure and control the temperature, and the material temperature can be adjusted. Mixing tank body: the internal surface is polished with mirror surface. The mixing tank, tank body, support leg and control box produced by our company are all made of high-quality stainless steel. Upper cover: two openable movable covers, convenient for cleaning, and mirror polishing treatment for internal and external surfaces. Inner tank bottom structure: it is spun into R angle, welded and polished with the inner tank body, and the material is discharged without retention. Jacket form: full jacket, used to add heat transfer oil or water to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling during operation.
