The colloid mill can be grinded once or more according to the material processing requirements. Several experiments should be done before grinding to ensure better clearance and flow. Always pay attention to the working condition and running time of grinding before use. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine immediately and disassemble it for inspection.
To remove the colloid mill stator assembly, first remove the hopper, remove the inlet and outlet nozzles, loosen the cap screws, remove the dial, hold the handle, rotate counterclockwise to remove the large chuck, and lift up the grinding head cover to remove the stator assembly.
Disassembly of the colloid mill rotor assembly (please note that the first and second stage rotors of the rotor assembly cannot be disassembled). After lifting out the stator, remove the discharge port and unscrew the left screw to remove the rotor and impeller. The assembly of rotor and stator can be carried out in the reverse order above, and each part shall be cleaned before assembly. During installation, all contact surfaces and threaded parts shall be coated with lubricating oil meeting the requirements before assembly.
