With centrifugal movement as its working principle, that is, the motor drives the liner to move at high speed, and the moisture in the stripped object moves at high speed, and the water splashes out of the liner from the eyes around the liner to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
The machine can be used in a wide range, such as plastic, chemical, agriculture, medical, food, biology, construction, textile, environmental protection, etc.
The centrifugal dehydrator is developed according to the unified design standard of the former Ministry of Home Textile Industry and the actual use of different materials. The centrifuge is characterized by reasonable design, simple structure, high efficiency, low wear, low noise, safety and reliability.
The main component of the dehydrator is a stainless steel liner, with holes around the liner. The clothes to be dehydrated are placed in the stainless steel liner. The motor drives the stainless steel liner to rotate at high speed through the belt. Therefore, a great centrifugal force is generated, and the water is thrown out through the small hole on the inner liner, and is collected and discharged uniformly. Generally speaking, for wet clothes, the drying effect achieved by the dehydrator working for two minutes is almost the same as that achieved by the dryer working for 20 minutes, but the dehydrator cannot dry the clothes. Therefore, one way to save time and energy is to dehydrate wet clothes and dry them after dehydration.
