Mixing principle and advantages of the horizontal mixer: the horizontal mixer adopts a double spiral belt design. The outer layer is pushed and stirred by two 360 ° circular spiral belts from both sides to the center (outlet position), and the inner layer is pushed and stirred by two 360 ° circular spiral belts from the center (outlet position) to both sides. Heating principle of heating type horizontal mixer: oil temperature heating is adopted, and an interlayer is set on the outer layer of the original mixer. The heating rod heats the internal heat transfer oil (the customer requires that heat transfer oil be used when the material temperature is above 40 °; water can also be used as the heating conductor when the material temperature is below 40 °).
