Do you need to refuel the horizontal mixer? How to maintain it: After the new machine arrives at the factory, it needs to be placed stably (without shaking, it can be calibrated with a level ruler). Open the cover plate of the reducer if the size is more than 500KG (you can see the internal gear when you twist a few screws on the cover). In summer, choose thicker gear oil (if there is no 0.3L yellow glycerin). In winter, choose thinner gear oil to help the reducer extend its life. Observe the amount of oil added. There is a red plastic oil dipstick at the bottom of the gearbox, and pull it out. The oil temperature should be in the second grid. Note that the whole gear oil of the new machine needs to be replaced after 100 hours of use, which is an important maintenance link that cannot be ignored. After changing the oil, replace it again about 2000 hours (about a year). There is a bearing in each section of the main shaft, which is used for approximately 500 hours (1-3 months). Use a grease gun to add yellow glycerin to the bearing nozzle. The new machine needs to be powered on and debugged for forward and reverse rotation direction. There are tips on the machine. If the rotation is reversed, the two 380V live wires need to be arbitrarily switched to different wiring positions. If the machine is reversed and discharged, a large amount of material will be left in the barrel.
