The horizontal mixer is used for mixing two or more types of powders, such as pepper powder, seasoning powder, milk powder, flour, pharmaceutical dry powder, chemical powder, laundry powder, putty powder, paint powder, and other solid solids (i.e. powder and powder) and solid slurry (i.e. powder and slurry).
Instructions for use of horizontal mixer:
1: Before using heating, please inject 32O heat transfer oil into the jacket and do not dry burn the heating rod.
2: Before using mixing, please inject gear reducer oil into the reducer. Replace the reducer oil after 1 OO hours of use for new machines, and replace it once a year or six months later.
3: Both ends of the bearings need to be regularly injected with yellow glycerin to avoid bearing lockup due to lack of oil.
4: The connecting parts need to be regularly coated with yellow glycerin to provide lubrication.
5: Please start the machine first and then add materials. Do not use under load.
6: Please ensure forward rotation and operation, and prohibit reverse rotation.
