The tripod centrifugal dehydrator is designed horizontally as a whole and has a tripod swing structure to reduce jitter caused by unbalanced load. It is composed of stainless steel liner and shell, tripod suspension, brake device and belt drive. Tripod centrifugal dehydrators are used in food, chemical, electroplating, hardware, plastic, hotels, hotels, washing plants, schools, hospitals and other industries.
Features of industrial dehydrator:
1.The industrial dryers are all of tripod pendulous structure, which can effectively reduce the vibration of the foundation during operation due to the unbalanced load in the hub.
2.The shell and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel, the cage base and chassis are made of cast iron, and the outlet pipe is under the chassis.
3.The main shaft is made of * * * steel after heat treatment and finishing.
