Double-layer spiral blades are arranged on the driving spindle of the horizontal mixer. The external blades convey the materials to the middle and the internal blades convey the materials to the outside. Under the convection motion of the double-layer spiral belt, the material forms a mixed environment with low power and high efficiency. The inner and outer diameter screw installed on the mixing shaft drives the material in the barrel, so that the agitator can turn the material in a large range in the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material close to the shaft center to do axial rotation, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to both sides. The outer screw drives the material close to the barrel wall to do axial rotation, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside, so that the mixed materials can be evenly mixed in a short time.
