Product working principle:
The raw materials enter the feeding hopper, reach the top through the feeding screw, and then fall in the form of an umbrella. Then, the feeding screw feeds the material to the top and circulates it to achieve uniformity of the material.
Instructions for using a vertical mixer:
1.Before testing the equipment, first confirm whether the power cord is connected correctly. If the reverse direction is reversed, replace the wiring and idle the equipment to check if it is running normally.
2.After the equipment operates normally, different mixing times can be set according to different materials.
3. Pour the material into the feeding port (add the material to half of the feeding port, not too full), which can be manually loaded, loaded into ton bags or equipped with a conveyor.
4. After the material is evenly mixed, open the discharge port to discharge the material.
