How the vertical drying mixer works to dry materials: there is an umbrella-shaped funnel-shaped air discharge hood inside the mixer, and a 159 diameter stainless steel pipe on the external side is seamlessly connected with it. There is a 380V 18KW -- 24KW dry-fired heating rod inside the pipe, and the top of the heating rod is equipped with a medium-pressure fan. When the heating is started, the fan will transfer the heat generated by the heating rod to the umbrella-shaped air discharge hood, The hot air will evenly distribute the heat to the material surface in a 360 ° cyclone through the air discharge hood to make it dry quickly.
How to control the temperature of the heating equipment: the heating equipment is equipped with an electric control cabinet (excluding the hot-air centrifugal dehydrator), and is equipped with a temperature control instrument, which can set the required temperature according to the actual requirements of the customer. When the temperature reaches the set value, the heating equipment stops working and starts automatically when it is lower than the set value, Circulation (generally, the oil temperature is heated here.
