The linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and is superimposed into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the moving track of the linear vibrating screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the excitation force and the self-gravity of the material, the material is thrown on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line in a leaping manner, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material.
The linear vibrating screen is made of carbon steel and stainless steel, one layer of screen has two outlets, one screen size, two layers of screen machine has three outlets, two screen sizes, and so on. It can make up to five layers of screen.
