Operating principle of mixer:
The cylinder of the mixer is composed of two cones at both ends and a cylinder (or two pyramids and one prism) in the middle. As shown in the figure, it is also a widely used mixing equipment. The cylinder of the double-cone mixer is connected with the drive shaft. When the drive device drives the drive shaft to rotate, the conical cylinder rotates with it, and the materials in the cylinder form the up-and-down rolling motion in the drum mixer. At the same time, due to the conical structure in the cylinder, the material is forced to move up and down between the axes, and the material changes repeatedly, resulting in the longitudinal and transverse uniform mixing.
The mixer is suitable for powder mixing with particle size and apparent density close to each other, and the loading coefficient is 0.3-0.5. A forced baffle can be added in the cylinder of the double-cone mixer to strengthen the mixing effect and application range of the double-cone mixer. Due to the special shape of the biconical mixer, a jacket can be added outside its cylinder to inject cooling medium or hot medium. The cylinder can be operated under normal pressure or vacuum, which shows that the mixer has multiple applicability.
Equipment composition:
It is composed of tank body, drive device, slip ring box and support platform.
(1) Can body.
The shape of the container made of steel plate is to set a short cylinder between two cones. The top angle of the cone is determined according to the rest angle of the mixed powder. For the convenience of discharging, it should be designed as 90 ° or 75 °. The inlet and outlet of the tank body are equipped with pneumatic valves or electric butterfly valves. It is used for opening and closing of loading and discharging.
(2) Drive unit.
It is composed of motor, reducer and transmission gear. The speed of the motor is adjustable within a certain range. In order to ensure the accurate parking position of the tank body, the last turn before parking should be decelerated, and the entire operation process can be automatically controlled.
(3) Slip ring box.
For power distribution devices, the power lines of electrical equipment attached to the rotating tank are input from this.
(4) Support stand.
The metal structure frame used to support the tank body and transmission device.
The double-cone mixer is mainly used for mixing powder and powder, especially for products with relatively small mixing batches, high mixing uniformity requirements, and no dead angle. The equipment structure is W-shaped design, and the material is mixed evenly by rotating the cylinder; The whole use process of the equipment is divided into shutdown feeding, startup mixing, shutdown discharging and other processes, and vacuum feeding can be selected.
