The drive spindle of the conical mixer is arranged with double spiral blades, the internal spiral conveys the material to the outside, and the external spiral aggregates the material to the inside. Under the convection motion of the double spiral belt, materials form a low power and high efficiency mixing environment. The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft drive the material in the barrel, causing the agitator to rotate the material in a large range within the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the shaft center to rotate axially, and the axial direction is pushed from the inside to both sides. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate axially, and the axial direction is pushed from both sides to the inside. This mixed material can be uniformly mixed in a relatively short time.
